About Help in Hand Foundation

Help in Hand Foundation was established to work for the welfare of society by addressing national issues such as unemployment, rural women's healthcare and upliftment, water conservation, and working for the country's marginalised farmers.

Help in Hand Foundation has 12 residential training institutes and 34 non-residential training institutes spread across the country, covering the national mission of skill development. In addition, Help in Hand Foundation regularly conducts women empowerment programmes, special drives for helping people from low socioeconomic backgrounds, and hands-on support to other local NGOs by providing guidance and funding. Help in Hand Foundation has a large volunteer network in India.

Foundation Scheme

The Help in Hand Foundation is the flagship initiative of the AHelp in Hand Foundation and the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The goal of this skill certification scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to pursue industry-relevant skill Industrial Training, which will help them secure a better livelihood.
According to an official statement, the target allocation between new Industrial Trainings will be flexible and interchangeable based on functional and operational requirements.
The scheme, which is completely aligned with the previously announced common norms, would transition to a grant-based model in which the cost of Industrial Training and assessment would be directly reimbursed to Industrial Training providers and assessing bodies in accordance with the common norms.

Foundation Vision

Our vision is one of transformation, which includes engaging in the continuous learning required in a rapidly advancing nation, identifying and addressing critical issues related to the education of all people, including unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled workers. 8th, 10th, 12th, Graduation, ITI, Polytechnic, and dropouts, as well as the use of technology to broaden and support learning opportunities. We also provide quality education to our students in order to fully develop their potential and prepare them for the challenges of life and industry requirements. Our goals include human health, environmental preservation, and human welfare.

We achieve our mission by preparing competent, committed, and reflective professionals through outstanding industrial specific training programmes, innovative and impactful as industry demand dictates, and meaningful outreach. Our mission at Penn State is to deepen and expand knowledge about the formation and utilisation of human capabilities through the Help in Hand Foundation.
